Whippet



Life Span: Up to 15 years
Family: Whippets enjoy being with their owners. They are good with children but not with cats.
Possible Health Issues: Cryptorchidism(Missing one or both teste), some eye defects, They are sensitive to the medication called Barbiturates.
Training: They are stubborn, but trainable.
Weight: 25 to 40 Pounds
Whippets are couch potatoes, but when they run, they can go up to 35 miles per Hour.They received their name from its whip like speed. A dog sweater is recommended in cold weather. They have night vision eyes, so they can see very well at night. They can also see 250 degrees of sight.
